Attended a birthday party Dec 2nd. The owner was an extremely disrespectful to me and my 3-yr old. YES 3-yr old! We were there for a 7-yr old birthday party. Close to the end of the activity we were approached by the owners’s daughter, Madison, about playing in the gated area. She claimed, they used the area for storage. After she advised us not to play in that area, the father and owner, Marc Schneider came over, roughly 30 seconds later to reprimand. His tone was aggressive, especially considering the ages of the children and event we were attending. Instead of approaching us in a professional manner and allowing us time to respond to the first request, he immediately escalated into an unnecessary and belligerent encounter. He stated, “Get him out, why is he still here.” Remember, this was 30 seconds later! The entire encounter was embarrassing, rude, degrading and extremely demeaning in front of the other children and parents. There was an attempt to address this with him directly after my husband came to pick us up, however, he was gone. As a business owner, centered around teaching and training children this was absolutely an inappropriate way to handle the situation. Ninja Zones tagline is, “Changing Lives One Obstacle at a Time”. This surely changed our experience and was certainly an obstacle in what was supposed to be an enjoyable party. I highly recommend parents to avoid taking their children here if this is how he reacts to a small encounter. I can’t imagine how he communicates with other kids. Marc Schneider, Why do you think your encounter was...
Read moreI truly cannot express how happy we are with our experience at Ninja Fitness Zone. We signed my son up for Ninja in hopes that he would get some energy out and have a little something to do for the summer. After just three months at Ninja, he’s gotten more out of the program than I ever thought possible. My son came to ninja as a shy, timid, fearful toddler. He barely participated in his first class and my husband and I were wondering if we were wasting our time and money. Coach Marc’s coaching style is perfectly balanced- he is kind hearted but he also doesn’t put up with nonsense. He knows how to push my son just enough so that he gets out of his comfort zone but not too much so that he shuts down. Coach Madison is sweet and encouraging and my son adores her.
Coach Marc and Coach Madison have been cheering for my son every week. They’ve coached my husband and me through the hard days and made us feel “normal” when our son was having a tough time. They’ve gone beyond their coaching duties and have given our family more than I could have ever expected in a 45 minute tot class. Last night, my son did the course all by himself with more confidence than I’ve ever seen him have. For the very first time, he got to the top of the warped wall. He was so proud of himself. Coach Marc and Coach Madison were beaming with pride and it felt so good as a mom to see two people support my child so genuinely.
I cannot say enough good things about this program. We are so thankful for everything Coach Marc and Coach Madison have done for our son and we cannot recommend...
Read moreOur son has been taking ninja classes with Coach Marc and Coach Madison for over two years. I cannot say enough about the training he has received, the self discipline he has developed, the strength he has gained, and the confidence he has in himself. This weekend our son, Aayan, competed in his first ever practice ninja competition. We were so proud of him for wanting to compete at 8 years old and for doing so with confidence. After having a misstep on the third obstacle, Aayan’s overall score was not great but our boy brushed it off and continued to complete the course, flawlessly! He has been taught and has learned from Marc and Madison, and now Coach Josiah Pippel, that he will likely fail more than he succeeds, in ninja and in life, but that you get back up and keep going. What an amazing life lesson for Aayan to have been taught and have learned at 8 years old. We couldn’t have been more proud of him this weekend, not for his ninja ability, but for the character, great sportsmanship, and self confidence he displayed! I absolutely attribute so much of these personal successes to the experiences he has had working with Marc and Madison. I’m not sure who was more proud of the boys who competed, their parents or...
