Absolutely wonderful experience walking into Steve’s shop!! He is amazing and Auntie makes the visit more wonderful!! We talked meat and I decided on an 80/20 chop meat. I asked Steve to add anything he thought would make the perfect burger and I have to say he succeeded!! I fried my burger medium rare with a crispy outside added a dash of salt pepper and a sprinkle of garlic. I served it on toasted white bread and it was a divine experience. Absolutely LOVE this place! I was on a field trip with my sons class to visit Lazy 5 Ranch, and needed cash to get in. The girl told me about this place, and I am so happy I had to get cash. I even came back on the way home to get more stuff. The local cookies and treats were AMAZING. I also picked up some local honey, apple butter, cherry jam, and other stuff. Now when I come up to Mooresville, I will have to make sure to come visit. They also have meat they can cut up for you. I believe it was Steven I talked to while there, and another nice lady.
