So my father purchased a dishwasher on the 28th from M&H. The dish washer ran only one cycle then stop working. Bosch was contacted on the 3rd of October. Bosch contacted M&H and said there technician was going to be there within 24 to 48 hours. The technician never showed. My father called again they said the 14th of September. One again the technician did not show.... Then he came on Friday without notice and took a photo and left. Then he claimed no one was home even tho there was someone there. Now we are going 23 days without a functional dishwasher. Supposedly they are going to come this Tuesday but we shall see... If my father had to purchase another appliance we would take his business else where. Do not take you...

Disappointed, son and daughter-in-law highly recommended Ashworth's to us as they bought a Green Egg, etc. from the Pease store and we just built a house in Mora. Between our furniture getting damaged in a 350 a month humidity controlled storage unit and the need for new appliances, we had a lot of purchases. There were a few people in the store, 1 guy behind the desk and 2 employees talking about something happening in Owatonna....nobody came as we were trying to look at various appliances. We finally spoke to guy at front desk and had a question also about Uhaul...said just doing it another 2-1/2 hours. Very disappointed...they lost a lot of business, bought from local and out of town...
