Problems with scheduling cage rentals. Poor customer service and issues with staff professionalism and conduct.

The cage rental was scheduled for Tuesday not for Monday, as I repeatedly have said. I was told that there was a software malfunction and that we could have the cage rentals for Tuesday as a result. No harm, no foul.. Unfortunately. Due to circumstances outside of my control we were forced to cancel but for my wife to be hung up on and told "she just doesn't know how to work a conputer" is unprofessional with no regard for integrity. If you are going to be transparent, then there should be a genuiness and understanding when talking to potential customers who could help and facilitate the growth of the business. My dog had to have emergency surgery on the day of the scheduled pitching lesson and if I had been given the chance to articulate this over the phone, I would have and honestly. I don't care if it would have made a difference or not with resheduling, I just wanted to be listened to, but instead I was talked over and emphatically told by Bruce that we were "playin' hin."
I wasn't "playin'" anyone and just as I mentioned previously, only wanted to be understood and validated. I have a lot going on and to me, flexibility is huge and important, especially when unexpected circumstances arise and "life happens." It is also important to get information from each individual who was involved in the situation. They make continual improvements as business grows, their staff are knowledgeable and enjoyable to interact with and they genuinely love the sport and want the players to love it too! They offer a huge variety of skills development opportunities for female and male athletes and the pricing is comparable to other training facilities.
Yes, you have to cancel 48 hours in advance but its clearly stated before you make your purchase and you just need to be a responsible adult who plans your schedule accordingly. Does life come up? yes. Have I had to cancel sessions last minute due to illness or injury? yes. Did I know that could happen when I booked the days and times I wanted in advance? yes. So, no need to pout about it. Just respect the fact that they pay their employees whether you show up or not and if you give them no notice, they can't possibly be expected to fill your vacancy with another customer.
