March ARB Commissary — Local services in Moreno Valley

Great deals all around. It is a pleasure to go into the store is clean experience. It is really different from the other commissaries. They have fantastic prices and deals that are comprable or even better than the stores out in town. It's sort of makes it easy that you can have a One-Stop shop to get all your produce Meats Frozen fresh and even sushi in one place . Especially the wall of veterans that the director of the store has over by aisle 1. To see so many veterans recognized on the wall into actual meet them in person for the service to their country. As a veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm to be able to thank the veterans of Vietnam which is always the greatest pleasure to me. Considering what they have been through and how they were treated when they returned. The Vietnam Vetrean should be most honored for the service to their country because their country did not agree with them or did not understand they were following orders all the presidents of the United States. They did not deserve to disrespect of when they returned and I have the greatest respect these service members and their families. So it is always an honor to meet Vietnam veterans. The only place nearby. My review has been taken down. I drive 40 min. To be harassed. I am a couponer. And I could tell you horror stories. They keep the coupons, don't ring them. 2 days ago I had a coupon for bounty ESSENTIAL. Big pack. The man scanned it. Wouldn't go thru. He kept it. So I said wait why didn't you put that one thru. He said it has to be essentials. Mind you he didn't give it back but kept it. I said it is the essentials one. And showed him. He said their barcode must have been messed up on their product. Umm not my fault. But still didn't take off my coupon and kept it. I have been harassed many times by staff. Once I was with my 3 yr old. We finished. Dropped everything in the car. Ran back in forgot something. He was snacking at the door on pringles. I brought in my receipt from the first transaction. They had like 3 managers 2 workers and my original cashier insisting I did purchase them. When I got outside 20 min later thry had already called the cops. OVER PRINGLES!! I went around on base and told my husband of the horrors. He was shocked. I got him his lunch but it took 30 min. It was embarrassing. After my trip two days ago. When I left, the cashier closed up and took my coupons back to verify. It's just...

Well organized and clean facility. Well stocked with a variety of food and dry goods. I had a negative encounter with the "Self Checkout" attendant. This Asian lady had a condescending, negative attitude. No greeting, no smiles, and failed to demonstrate common courtesy. It just so happens that we (customers) were all people of color. While we were scanning our merchandise, she would speak to us as if we were ignorant children. Instead of asking politely if there were anything she could do to assist us, she instead spoke in a negative manner, walking over to me for instance, to take over my scans. As if I didn't have the intelligence to figure it out myself. Is this proper training procedure? I took offense to this. I've been scanning my own merchandise for years and never had anyone approach me in this manner. Unacceptable Behavior.
