If you want good customer service after your purchase, go somewhere else. We purchase 3 rooms full of furniture when we bought our house. We had picked out a bedroom set that we really liked, then after waiting 2 weeks were told they couldn't get that one. So we had to pick out a different one. Then we had to wait over 2 weeks for our cushion to be delivered that was missing on our couch. The major problem we have had was our dining room table came scratched up. I have contacted them continuously for the last 3 months asking them to do something about it. I have yet to get this problem resolved. I have an ugly dining room set that I have to keep covered because now that they have my money, I am stuck. They offered me $100 store credit or $100 towards freight fee of my additional 2 chairs I had to buy. Well, the chairs came in fine, and there is NOTHING in that store I would have now.
