Exceptional company and service. This is the second year we have used them for our school carnival. Last year we were in crisis mode because the jumper company we had made reservations with flaked on us. So we called Funjump408 to see if they had anything available and they did. So this year we used them only and ordered about 11 rentals. EVERYTHING was amazing! From the easy booking, to the great customer service, to the quality jumper and game rentals, to the professionalism, and ultimately to the on-time delivery. They always had a good attitude. Funjump was very helpful and professional. As I was making my order online I received a text from Sarah asking if she can assist me or answer any questions. Once ordered, payment was an easy to process as well. Michael and his team called me the day before to confirm the set up window and I explained to him the location of set up had changed. He assured me to was no problem at all. His team showed up right on time and set it all up within minutes. This included them cleaning/sanitizing the house before use.
