MUENCHENS FURNITURE — Local services in Morgan Township

I HAD ordered a Bedroom Set from SIMS FURNITURE, believe me when I say.... IF had I known MUENCHEN FURNITURE Store existed, I would have started and ended with all of my Family furnishing needs there. We sold our 8 month old bed and when the family came to pick it up the parents explain to their daughter that they would have to save the money for a mattress, but assured her they would get one. My husband having the big heart that he does gave them our mattress and box spring as well, but I know I would have done the same thing for any little girl. Our NEW BED was coming the next day with no mattresses!! I was in complete panic mission mode. I babbled on & on to my friend and she said, just go out to Muenchuen Furniture they will take care of you... they deliver the next day. I asked how do you know? He said I used to work there back in the day. So I called just hoping..

Do you know JEFF had a MATTRESS picked out for me, over the PHONE, and had it DELIVERED the NEXT DAY !! That was 18 hrs later! That was the most KIND, CARING, UNBELIEVABLE Customer Service I have ever EXPERIENCED. Jeff went way above and beyond what anyone else would do. THANK YOU,THANK YOU,THANK YOU !!

SAD TO SAY.... Our bed NEVER CAME the one we had waited for for weeks, stayed in a Hotel the last week, instead of the floor. I called and figured there had to be a mistake but was told all the PARTS to the bed were NOT IN STOCK. How could that be??? We went over this order SEVERAL times!

I just knew there had to be a mistake!! I called and was treated with RUDENESS, and like I was BOTHERING them, !! I canceled my order with Sims Furniture and I will never deal with anyone ever again except for MUENCHEN FURNITURE.

I'm going out there today to find My Bedroom Set. I hope to meet Jeff and Thank him in person. I wish I could post this everywhere but what I will do...Is to SEND everyone I meet in need of Home Furnishings to...Muenchen Furniture. There is no place...

5 stars or more if that could happen. We have ordered several items over the years. The customer service is top notch. The delivery men are so wonderful. Tom and Brian (I think I have their names correct.), are so polite and professional. They deliver, make sure things are cleaned up, and are on top of any questions you may have. We once had an issue with a rocking chair and they were sooo very patient with me and brought me the one I wanted. I have been to furniture companies all over and I would suggest going to them over anyone if you can. Right now with shipping problems all over because of Covid, they fit me into their schedule to bring me my bed on a holiday weekend. I can't possibly thank them enough. ...

First time shopping there and I bought a kitchen table w/bar stools. They offered delivery and assembly for $129. I decided to take it on myself. After bringing them home, I proceeded to damage two bar stools from my misreading the "instructions".

I figured I would have to buy another pair of bar stools. I called the store and the asked what my options were. After a short hold, I was told I could bring the parts that were damaged back to the store and they would replace the broken pieces with new ones...FREE OF CHARGE! What a blessing.
