Do not and I repeat DO NOT use this company if you want anything done appropriately! They were subcontracted last summer by my general contractor and my brand new ac has not ran appropriately since! I contacted my general contractor who re-contacted them to come back out this summer and fix the issue! After multiple visits, installing freon and FINALLY finding a leak,they are trying to charge me over $1500! I was guaranteed ALL WORK completed would be covered for 1 year! I have used Bealmear Services for so many things. My hot water heater went out, called and it was replaced in the same day!! Current Septic tank was seeping sewage, called Chris and he took great care of me, and I didn't have to babysit. Water line busted and - yep, you guessed it, one call and he was here, did a great job! Opened a new business in garage. Needed an electrician and plumber plus heat and air. I couldn't be happier!
