I ride a bike and carry a backpack with me . I ride like 20 miles to actually play a specific game and I ring the doorbell and was greeted by the clerk with a smart attitude saying , can I help you with something ?? I said I'm here to play the machines she said well I need a Id. Mind you I'm 52 years old and I seen alot of people come on that door and I was only one she wanted a Id from . Then she tells me I'm not bringing my backpack in , I tell her that's fine I will leave behind the counter. She said no you won't you will leave it outside . Mind you I have some expensive things in this and I ride bike and couldn't leave locked up in car. I felt extremely discriminated against. To makes matters worse the machine I came to play had a reserve sign on. After a hour I ask her if I could play it and she said no a customer called and was on the way. Another hour passes still reserve sign. My question is to Mr. Dulin that owns the extablishment. If my backpack would have been stolen . Would you have paid me for my belongings . And is that way customers get treated in this place Beware of going? there . I felt much mistreated actually. Do...

First time here !! Loved it except one person playing on 2 machines at one time n 2 people wanted to play in one of his machines !! This should be looked into !! Should be one person per machine just as it is in other establishments ! He seemed to be a regular there but that gives him no right to take a machine from another person !! Whom ever owns this place should look into this !! Let it be known, we had our own machines so it wasn't us but we did observed this !!Would have given a 5 star but didn't...

I had a awful experience first when I walked in I can tell that it wasn't a warm welcoming spent nice amount of money then went to grab a snack one and the woman said don't fill your pockets you can have one or two snacks then left the establishment waiting outside for an Uber and the woman came out and yelled at us could not congregate outside we were just paying customers it was my fiance and I and I will never step foot in this place it was on February 10th...
