Pro Performance has been charging my card every month even after I cancelled an entire year ago. They use student employees to avoid any burden of financial or legal responsibility while continuing to charge you. I have emailed Rick in their accounting department several times and would like to be refunded for these unauthorized transactions.
The student employees will lie to you and tell you that there is no auto-pay and you have to come in and physically pay each month, if you choose to do the month to month plan. This is completely false. You will be auto-billed.
The student employees have signed me up for multiple contracts to the point where I was getting triple charged for their services a year ago. I figured it would be resolved back then but clearly not.
I don't even remember the last time I have been at this gym it has been so long and they know that. They can check your last visit time.
To me this place is deliberately stealing money from customers under the guise of technical errors, student employee errors, etc. as an attempt to appear legitimate.

the front desk guy told me I just need a card on file and I wouldn't be charged if I didn't have the money on the card which I specifically asked him. They also charged me for the aquatics center when I was told I had to go sign up with them specifically, which I decided against because I couldn't afford it yet. So I got charged for an aquatics center I never even used, and I got charged for a month I never even used, because it's my fault for not reading the fine print and being completely lied to and misled. Why in the world would they bill you in the mail for someone who didn't even have the money in their account? I'm sorry but hidden fine print contracts, especially when you are told otherwise, is horrible business practice. Do yourself a favor and go to flex fitness. Better equipment, cheaper, and less people use it. They will NEVER get that 60 out of me. Credit...
Read moreHaven't played ball at a worse facility. First day it was rainy- there were puddles and leaks everywhere, really damp. Big gaping holes under the doors and in the ceiling in many spots, one had a deflated football shoved into it to keep it closed. Next day it was 40 degrees and snowing with windchills in the 20s, there's no heat and the circulation grates on the field kept flying open to let in the cold and snow. We could see our breath all day long. Miserable. Only one door allowed to be used for in and out which is a mess with 8 teams + gear + spectators trying to swap spots. Whoever designs the tournaments has 745am pool games and then nearly a 13 hour wait for a championship game after 8pm (for elementary and early middle school age kids who have school the next day!). Clearly entirely about money and not the welfare of the teams or spectators to hold events in this...
