Do not come to this place. My driver was not allowed to unstraps the straps, was yelled to go back to truck; somehow they found damaged bags on the load. Driver had a clean BOL & nothing was told or showed to my driver about any damage. Pictures are so weird showing tipped bags, where my driver did not make any hard brakes. This is unprofessional & odd as now they want to blame my driver & making a claim on our company. Ridiculous! Never coming to this place !!! Drivers be careful, as they will blame you for any damage; first not letting you know, signing clean BOL, then you will receive an email/phone call from broker that says there was a damage. Broker sending you pictures & rest ppw which driver did not receive from receiver. I will inform & post this anywhere I can as this is unfair! Easy to blame driver after he is leaving facility with clean bill of lading & not informing him about any damage. Don't haul for this customer. If you want to resolve this issue, please inform your broker Integrity Express Logistics . Load Chinook, MT - Morrill, NE - delivery 11/13/23. A decent place to pick up...All the good reviews are true and bad reviews are true...check in at the scale,wait in your truck.....gentlemen that checks you in treats and talks to you like a human being...He will let you know where to go...Most of the time you will not deal with the loaders and unloaders,just the gentleman at the scale...ON THE FLIPSIDE,...LOL...If the loaders or unloaders need to speak to you..They will speak and treat you like an animal...I asked a employee there who likes to remain Anonymous why they talk and treat drivers like animals and I was told they were born douche bags, by douche bags, and brought up to be a douche bag,its in there DNA,also that there parents are related, and they have Tourette's syndrome..Which explains ALOT..So if you are a mature truck driver that can handle that part ,all will go well....ITS all about making money...Good...

It was a little hard to get to the entrance , but eventually found it .. Due to COVID . All the pick ups here and everywhere had change. There was a truck when I got there , in the scale . A person with a very firm voice come out took truck and trailer info ,ask for my pick up #. Gave instructions . Got into scale , wait for other trucks to come off dock , then take dock .. after loading get back into scale and wait for bols .. they were pretty quick and very nice . You don’t have to get out of truck at all , Except to open and close door ... Don’t mind coming back...
