Had a party there. Reserved the spot a month ago and gave them the colors I wanted. Arrived and had the wrong colors and said they didn't have the colors I requested a month ago and gave me a sarcastic sorry and walked out. I gave them some decorations the night before to hang up. They hung up most of it but didn't even hang up the birthday banner or give it back to me since they didn't even hang it up. Same for the custom balloons I bought there were 18 and they only filled 8. Which is "fine" I guess but why didn't they give me the supplies back. Paid extra for a private hostess and they I recieved a shared one. (She was great for what it is worth). But I should get what I paid for. I left a fabric back drop there and called as soon as I got home to ask if they still had it to be put on hold then hung up on and tried calling back 3 times for them to ignore my calls! We take our grandkids here on occasions to help past the time. Being a Christian family it is hard to find any kind of entertainment to get the kids involved with so we take them skating so the whole family can enjoy the sport. We have been on many occasions and the last time we went I was very disappointed. The rink had not changed but the music they played would make a sailer blush and not fit for young kids to hear. Probably won’t be back unless something changes. It is really sad that such a simple sport is being corrupted with such bad language that you can’t take the kids there and not have to worry what they hear.
