Martin's Garden Center — Local services in Morris Township

I adore Martin's and we used to get all of our plants there every year. I was really adamant about supporting them after their tragic fire. But they aren't wearing masks. No one who works there, from the people who take care of the plants to the people working the registers, wear masks. It's just unbelievable that they would show such callousness for their customers' lives and well-being. So many choices of plants, trees, bushes, statues, baskets, outdoor furniture, wishing wells, outhouses, oh my just about everything you could image to create a beautiful landscape. Also, fresh produce and at times a coffee & donut truck! We love Martins for its variety and ease to access. My complaint is not with the quality of their inventory or the extent of it. My complaint is that they don’t have a policy of wearing face masks. I was there recently and many customers were walking around without masks .... as were the people working there. Cashiers, especially, should be required to wear them... for their own safety if nothing else. Waiting in line to check out with no distancing and no mask requirements is just plain disrespectful as well as dangerous....
