The majority of the people that work there are very friendly, they have the occasional person that acts like they don't want to be there and they're rude, but that's everywhere you go. The only other thing I don't like is that they get the stuff donated to them and they price some of the stuff way too high. I know they have to make money, but I think if it was given to you, be fair about it and don't price items so high. The only thing I really ever buy from there is odds and ends and some board games occasionally. The clothes are overpriced in my opinion, and when they do the 99¢ sale, it's hardly anything that catches my eye and makes me want to buy it. Read moreThe owner is very reluctant to answer his phone. Places a rude beeping sounds when you call for service outages. Then made customers pay for new equipment that was defective in the first place. The last outages ikw prompted customers to have to travel to his location from miles around. The reasons for this is he would not answer his phone. He has no helpline to troubleshoot the problems. Im totally discusted with the repeat outages and buffering snags. The employee was nice to me about the outages. I told him his boss needs to invest in a separate helpline,instead of him not answering. When me and others showed up about the outages, he was on the phone making all of us left with a nasty buzzing sounds trying to get him to answer....
