I had recently performed a puja at my son's new home in North Carolina and instead of carrying various puja items from California, I called the Sri Puja Store to see if they had all the necessary items. Sure enough, they did. After perusing the website, I called the store and the owner, Mr. Anjani Kumar Srivastava, who was more than helpful. He right away assured me that he wanted my puja to succeed and gave his full assurance that he would deliver my order on schedule. The items I purchased were high quality, very reasonably priced, and delivered on schedule. The flowers, imported from India, were fresh and fragrant. Mrs. Srivastava went out of her way to prepare a flower garland on extremely short notice. I really appreciate that commitment to the customer and the service. Also the last order I did was for items for my grandmother's funeral, and Sri Puja Store was extraordinarily helpful because they knew the circumstances. They are not just a business but they're people who are compassionate, generous and empathetic. They even messaged me after the funeral to check in to see how things went and how we were doing.
