Ordered and a whole cow and split it. So far the meat taste amazing. I have a large family so this is certainly awesome convenience. The process was something I was not use to but everything is a learning experience. I can not be happier with the out come. We bought a hog and a quarter of beef. The beef was great but we were really disappointed in the pork. Brats, sausages & chops all went to waste as there just was an unpleasant flavor to them. Some of the larger cuts were pretty good when slow cooked and/ or smoked. We did like the bacon.
