I didn't spectate the combine derby, but I came to this venue for Northwest Rally Association. So this isn't a review on the derby. Just the venue that hosts it. Considering the size of the town of Lind, this outdoor arena is very nicely equipped. Lots of grandstand seating, plenty of parking, and delicious burgers at the concessions. A dust storm came through while I was there. So be prepared for windy weather. As for the rallycross here, I appreciate the barrel racing part inside the arena. They have camping inthe parking lot for the event but it can get dusty so RV is recommended. Giant farm machines with drive wheels as tall as a man crashing into each other in a dirt circle, what's not fun about that? In-between rounds, they have truck races. Have you ever seen a truck do an aussie pursuit style race pinging off the rev limiter the whole race? You can't help but smile.
