I didn't spectate the combine derby, but I came to this venue for Northwest Rally Association. So this isn't a review on the derby. Just the venue that hosts it. Considering the size of the town of Lind, this outdoor arena is very nicely equipped. Lots of grandstand seating, plenty of parking, and delicious burgers at the concessions. A dust storm came through while I was there. So be prepared for windy weather. As for the rallycross here, I appreciate the barrel racing part inside the arena. The dirt parking lot to the East and the field North of that give loads of space to create a variety of different track designs. No jumps or hills, so it's very...

The Lind Combine Derby is a mix of racing and derby style events with vehicles ranging from huge combines to grain trucks to frankensteined vehicles. They have camping inthe parking lot for the event but it can get dusty so RV is recommended. Inside they have a few vendors that are local high school or charity organizations, including a 21+ beer garden area. Everyone here is so nice. The show is fantastic, great for kids of all ages. Bring some sun protection because it can get...

A unique experience. I have been going for more than a decade. The event raises funds for local charitable organizations.

Giant farm machines with drive wheels as tall as a man crashing into each other in a dirt circle, what's not fun about that? In-between rounds, they have truck races. Have you ever seen a truck do an aussie pursuit style race pinging off the rev limiter the whole race? You can't help but smile.

I highly recommend...

Second weekend in June! Amazing. If you have never been you’re missing out. Bring bleacher seats or a blanket to sit on cause you will be there for hours. It’s one of my favorite things to do every year. They have food (hotdogs, hamburgers etc.) bring a friend to chat and choose a truck or a tractor you think will win and cheer them on. Parking is free entry price can change year to year so check the website or FB page for updates
