Now, I don't do this and this is the first today, but I went in to the Moses lake store and had the best experience. I'm very savvy when it comes to home stores so I don't ask any questions period other than help to get in the right spot for what I need and some times that doesn't work. Because every time I do ask questions the helper can't ever answer my questions and iv come to terms with that fact, but today was different!
I went in to the store looking for a paticular blue drill/ impact and I couldn't find the unit and asked were it was. The first person that I asked, per usual didn't know what I was talking about, but another older worker that had a voice box was listing to my questions and he stepped in!!! Now he couldn't speek other than wrighting things down, but in just that little exchange he got me to the right spot and showed me what I was looking for I thanked him and he walked off. I was so stoked someone had finally helped me for once! But it doesn't stop their!
I was talking to a friend about needing another bat charger and was looking at a rapid smart system. I didnt see him their and he herd the exchange and motioned me to come with him and took me to the back side of a row and showed me the two drills I was looking for in different sets with their own batts each and chargers in both for the same price! I was now floored not only did he help me out, but showed me a better option for the cash, and then he knew the specs of said drills and prices I was speechless! He was so right it was awesome! From maby 10 written words! From just this little exchange I was now able to get what I wanted and I had the funds to get a saw I was mulling over! I ended up spending a little more like 20 bucks and got everything on my list and the want list.
If you are in the Moses store look for the quiet older guy with a voice box in tools and plead your case he may not say anything, but just wait and watch the magic! Serious the best customer service iv seen in a home store; blue, orange, or red. I'm in them a lot at least twice a week. From now on not only will I just deal with him, but will wait if I can untill I see him, to get what I need. I wish I knew his name to mention but I had never looked. This guy needs...
Read moreI am torn in this review between the positive experience from all my previous visits and my last visit. I want to give a three and a five star at the same time.
Typically their staff is very helpful and goes out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. It is easy to find what you are looking for. Everything on their shelves is well organized. Checkout is very quick and easy.
My last visit was not my typically experience and the first time I've been in some of these departments. The loose bolt section needs some love. There are bins that have equal parts of the size above and below. The flow of increases in bolt sizes and lengths is not consistent with other HD stores. The worse part of my visit was the lumber department. Most of the plywood section didn't have tags showing sizes and prices of what was on the racks. I ended up getting a tape measure from tools so I could verify the size. I had wanted a thicker sheet that online was in stock, but I didn't have the desire to check each rack to find it. I'll give lumber a second chance, because I'm hoping I just caught them...
Read moreI am a business owner and to help out , i went down to our local store and was picking up roughly 1400 dollars in paint , and after loading it all on a cart , wich your employees should have done , and tweaking my back , i make it to the register and they rig it up , and i tell them it will be a sale over the phone my employee has my card ordering parts for a ob from home , I am told only the pro desk can do this and they went home early .. its about 423 pst at this time , a manager is walking by and the assistant asks him if we can do a call over the phone even tho no ones working the pro desk , he replies , no we can not , we have to have the card on site so we can protect the card holder .... i exclaim im the card holder , to wich he said sorry ,,, to wich i said thats 1400 dollar purchase right there , how much business do you lose like this , because im not coming back , i have called my foreman we are taking our business to Sherwin Williams , Were i know i wont be...
