Briq's Soft Serve — Local services in Mosinee

Best soft serve ice cream we have ever had! "home of the 1lb cone" is why we decided to stop and give it a try, and we were not disappointed at all. The 1lb cone was gigantic and quite a fun novalty with the kids especially after hiking up at Rib Mountain in 90°F+. But on top of all of that I almost couldn't believe how inexpensive they were, at other famous "Dairy" places for the 4 of us it is usually well over the $20 mark just for ice cream. Not at Briq's though! Our entire order, which consisted of a 1lb cone, med cone, small cone, and med cookie dough mixer, only came to $12! We loved it so much that 3 days later we decided to drive another 1hr 34min to have it again. We will definitely be going here any and every chance we get. I thought most places like this died out awhile ago but I am quite happy to be wrong in this instance. Used to be a family favorite ice cream place for years! But recently this year I have been pretty disappointed in the quality of the items I have received. The first time I went my flurry was barely mixed and contained almost no toppings and was missing one. The second time and third time our hot fudge and caramel sundaes had way too much sauce in them. Extra is always awesome but when it’s more sauce than ice cream it’s too much. About 1/3 of the cups would be full of just caramel. Kinda disappointed and probably won’t be coming...

With the years I've lived in mosinee, I started to get used to Briq's whenever I was in town, Always wanting to get some ice cream. I remember in school sometimes we would be able to get some of Briq's delicious ice cream!
