Taylor Furniture — Local services in Moss Point

We were there for a two for one sale on recliners, apparently the day we were there they were mis marked so we picked two that were not in the two for one sale. We figured this out when we were told the recliners and couch were in and the amount we still owed was a lot more than we anticipated. We also purchased a couch that day and paid $1000 cash down. When the recliners arrived at a higher price we called the store and eventually spoke to the manager or the owner(could be one in the same) he was extremely rude to us, asked if we "were calling him a liar" when we explained the situation. We said we were sorry but weren't getting the recliners but still wanted the couch. He then proceeded to tell us they would NOT be delivering the couch to us because now we were under the delivery amount. We were super nice and never wanted anything free. When we picked up the couch the three boys in the back stood there looking at us like we were stupid and One of them eventually helped carry the couch to our truck. We were prepared to go back and purchase different recliners and a lot more furniture since we are redoing our house and our daughter is purchasing a home as well. I had a wonderful experience at Taylor Furniture. I was looking for a sofa and chair for my living room. Kayla assisted us with finding just what we wanted. I then asked about bedroom furniture. I had been looking for a certain style. They didn’t have it in the showroom, but, she showed me a picture of the set I had described. It was exactly the set I had been looking for. She ordered it for me and I was thrilled to find out it was on sale! A double win for me. I had a wonderful experience at Taylor Furniture.

We bought our first set of furniture from Taylor 20 years ago, yes that furniture was still in great shape 20 years later, when we built our house. We started looking for a new set last year and James was always quick to answer my questions, told me what he recommended per our conversations about what we were looking for, ordered swatches of leather, etc. We found the set we wanted and he was quick to order for us and kept us updated about shipping times from the manufacturer.
