Camp Winaukee for Boys — Local services in Moultonborough

We have two boys at Winuakee – our older son has been there since 2018 and our younger son since 2021. They both love every minute of it! They have made amazing friendships with campers and counselors. They make sure to connect with their camp friends during the school year, including when they are visiting areas where camp friends live. They also loved getting together with counselors who live overseas during a recent family trip to Europe. At camp, our kids push themselves to try new things, and have told us about the camp values they learned, like sportsmanship and community. The kids seem to be very well supported by the staff and are encouraged to be the best versions of themselves.

The setting of the camp is absolutely incredible, with the bunks lining the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. We love that Winaukee is unique with two campuses – the mainland for younger campers and the island for older kids. Our older son loved feeling that he had graduated from the Mainland and moved to the Island where things are set up more for kids of older ages.

Winaukee provides boys with an incredible summer camp experience. It is a true brotherhood where the campers and staff support each other through their summer journey. My son started Winaukee at 7 years old and stayed for the full 7 weeks (he would have stayed longer!). Winaukee is a fantastic place for kids with a wide range of interests - whether it's traditional team sports, archery, swimming, tennis, golf or goofy camp games, there are activities that are fun and developmental for all different kinds of campers. The directors and senior leadership team are extremely accessible, hands on and committed. They know what is going on with each camper and are personally focused on ensuring that every child has an amazing experience.
