Four Your Eyes Only — Local services in Moultonborough

My experience at Four Yours Eyes Only was great and I highly recommend going here for your optical needs. With my prescription in hand already I was in search of an optical store that would accept my insurance to cover the cost of new glasses. Unfortunately there were no close to home locations that would accept my insurance. The three shops I found that would were all equally distant at roughly 45 minutes away. Comparing the three online Four Your Eyes Only stood out to me. When I arriving I was immediately greeted by two friendly staff. One of the women brought me to her desk and took my information and we got right to picking out glasses. I had no idea what I was looking for but knew I wanted glasses that were comfortable and looked good. She started bringing over trays of glasses one by one to see what felt comfortable for me and I liked. I tried on quite a bit before finding the right pair. Both women were trying to find the best looking glasses for the shape of my face, which I appreciated so much. They were honest when a pair didn't look right. And that's exactly what I wanted from them. We finally found the perfect pair, they were beautiful Ann Taylor glasses! Purple with gold designs. I fell in love with them. They had so many beautiful glasses to choose from there, I've never seen such an amazing collection of of glasses before. In a little over a week I returned to pick up my glasses and I couldn't be happier with them! As long as that shop is open I will recommend them to family and friends and I will continue to go...

All I can say is amazing customer service. I have been in the service industry most of my life, experienced all types of scenarios and this ranks up at the top. Long story short needed to renew license, was sent away, because vision would not pass, needed to get an exam. I not only got the exam within an hour of me stopping in same day, but came back did the exam, picked out a set of frames, they had the lenses and within two hours out the door and went back to get license in the same day! The woman at DMV was shocked! Support local, sometime cost a little more but well worth it for the customer service and knowing I am helping businesses succeed and grow makes it all worth it!

I will say the customer service will be great all the time but can’t say they can make the time frame work for everyone like they did today. I’m sure it depends on there scheduled appts and inventory in stock!

I knew my days of cheap drug store reading glasses were over so I decided it was time to bite the bullet and get some actual prescription glasses. I stopped into Four Your Eyes Only only expecting to look at some different styles and to my surprise they were able to do a complete eye exam on some very hi-tech equipment. The staff, Trish, Kelly, and Jessica are amazing and made me feel like I had known them for years! They have a huge selection and all of them have a ton of knowledge and really work to get you into the frames that are right for you.
