As the locals know, National Beef is meat packing plant that generally does not sell to the open public. My son used to work there some time ago and as an employee they got to put in for any of the extra meats that were left from big orders from stores. This does not mean to me was close to it expired or bad, actuality it was fresh and just as you got it at the store. I discovered that when the company gets an order they may have some Surplus meat. Rather than let it go to waste it gets sold, normally to the employee worker at a less than store price. I remember one time my Sun products in beef tenderloins a wee girl down and they were phenomenal. Today we were blessed with having the privilege of buying some of them meat open to the public. The meat was beautiful and appear to be high quality. We bought 40 lb of hamburger 31 lb of baby back ribs and 15 lb of assorted pork chops. All for $135. I wish they had more public shopping. These guys are great professional and very helpful I'm a disabled vet so I walk around with a cane and the employees jump through hoops to see if I needed any help. National Beef if you're reading this, you should give her kudos to your employees that was working today 16...

Our appointment was at 5 am today, we've literally watched other trucks, with the same appointment time as us, who got here after us, get in doors. It's 2 hours after our appointment time, were still waiting to be put in a door, and shipping hung up on us when we asked for an update on when we can even expect to get a door.
It's the fact that we got here 12+ hours before other drivers with the same appointment time as us, and they just put them in doors before us. And the unprofessionalism of hanging up on drivers. They really don't care at all...

Had to go talk to someone to get information cause no one will answer the phone. Got a door at 08:33. I guess checking in at 00:36 wasn’t the right thing to do. Because we were the only ones in the yard and when we got to the door there were truck already backed in. One truck just got their paperwork. After a hour in door, they bought paperwork and let us drop our trailer and pick up an empty that was in another door. The yard jockey and the guy at guard stack was amazing. They helped us into the door and talked the guy inside to lets us drop so we wouldn’t lose...
