I question his knowledge despite how nice he seemed in person. He filled my ac 2/3 full of freon suspecting a leak but didn't diagnose anything and sent me a bill for 7 lbs of freon that completely leaked out just hours later. I had a second company come out the next day and they found the leak after being at my house for literally 5 minutes and showed me how they easily unscrewed just a few screws to expose the obvious leak that I could hear from inside the house. It was completely fixed in only one hour for double what I was charged to have freon leak into my yard by Thompson electric and have my ac left broken and told I would be charged triple what I ended up paying with another company. I will not be using them again. There was never a need to put 7 lbs of freon in my unit before the leak was found! If you look at the picture of the repair, you can see how easy it was to access the leak and diagnose the issue! I was shocked when the second company found the issue so fast and warrantied my unit. Please don't waste your time or money with this company. The owner of the company came to see our air conditioner unit and it took him four different visits to figure out what was wrong with the unit, well at least that's what he said the last time. Each time he came, he will find something that was wrong yet the next time was something else. By the fourth visit, we lost the ability to trust him and told him that we were going to find another company instead. We lost close to $300 dollars but most importantly the time of not having the unit fixed in this hot weather. We ended up hiring another company, Billy Heating & Cooling, which fixed the problem on their first visit without any complications. Overall, If you can find another company then please do and save yourself...

The fan motor on our AC unit went down on us Sunday evening so I called Justin who after church met me at their shop and furnished me with a replacement motor. I don't leave many reviews of companies but when someone is willing to help a customer on a Sunday evening (after 7pm) the least I can do is give them a shout out!
