If I could give a 0 I would! I’m writing this review as a new patient who values excellent customer service. I had an appointment with the OBGYN this morning at 8:45. Upon arrival, the receptionist confirmed my appointment but mentioned that the doctor was at the hospital due to a delivery and had also broken her ankle. While I understand these circumstances, I am disappointed that no one thought to give me a courtesy call to inform me of the situation. It’s particularly frustrating since I took time off work this morning and drove to the appointment. I will be looking for care elsewhere.

I have been going to Delta health center for some years now when I go there it's always pleasant. They are very caring doctors nurse nurses and all of those that work there the employees I feel very help when I go there as a travel on Monday my visit with Dr Blue she a very great doctor with such nice personality it was very helpful to me. I will reach out to anyone to tell them about Delta help center I can only speak for myself. Doctor Blue took very good care of me. When I do go there I feel better when I come back home. I have several doctors there and they are very good doctors I would recommend them to anyone that wants to see a good doctor. There are good people work there that I have came in contact with . Also I would like to give a shout out to a very special doctor Dr Frank Brown also a shout out to Dr Beverly. My family and I use Delta Health Center for multiple reasons. Family medicine, ob-gyn, maternal care, dental pharmacy etc. I am very pleased with the care provided. Everything has been great from the receptionists, nurses, providers etc. Just recently my daughter had a wonderful experience with the ob-gyn providers Raven and Dr. Nina Ragu we're great. Made sure that everything went well and we're one phone call or email away. The maternal care person Misty Reed went out the way and made sure everything went well. Making sure my daughter was prepared for delivery. I can't stop this review without mentioning my doctor Dr. Blue who is always available to assist with my diabetes, hypertension and anemia as well as other ailments. Also Kudos to The dental department Dr. Q. Williams who took care of my son and his frightening experience he had when younger and was able to provide the best of care.
