Gordonville Grocery — Local services in Mount Haley Township

Mine and my wife's experience at this establishment wasn't very good. No bathrooms, I completely understand, but we went to the counter and the lady was standing there and someone came in right behind us went to the other counter and was served first. Verbally she wasn't rude, but the actions were kind of. Now before we go into this go back to the big city stuff, my wife is from a small town and we know full well that the locals are your bread and butter and there might be reasons that the lady was served first, I completely get that. I'm not a liberal or trying to get anyone in trouble, I run 3 businesses. I'm just saying that in my opinion the customer service needs some improvement. Prices were fine, food is awesome and that's why I gave it 4 stars. And Go with the comments, no responses...

This is the pizza I received last night. Yes, I did eat 2 1/2 pieces. Well, crust had to be pitched. I was hungry and just drove 20 mins to pick up and 20 mins home. To get refunded or another pizza, I have to drive with the old pizza to have it replaced. Remind you it's the 4th, and I personally am not driving into your store and taking another 40 mins out of my time. Why can't you take my name and replace the pizza. Gordanville grocery supports small businesses. they sell small business items like a boy named Gavin sells his homemade bracelets there my Aunt Carol works there and she is treated like family, they allow their employees to have a tab they can pay at the end of the week.
