This couple smoked a fine pig. We needed food for 16 men. They did a great job calculating all that we needed.
The Mac n cheese was really good. Their home-made BBQ sauce was tasty - but not really needed on a well-prepared squealer. And, the cole slaw was very special. We finished it all, but no one could have (should have) eaten more!
They arrived on time, brought everything they/we needed. Left quietly. And, left little mess behind. Really just the trays things were served in.
And, yes, the pig was excellent! A few dry spots. But, mostly well smoked and succulent. I, for one, fought for some of the jowls - and was well-rewarded.
