Super safe place to live. Gated area. People can safely walk their dogs and get exercise. However the HOA fee for folks over 55 is WAYYYY too high. Especially since no one can use the huge facility to work out, swim, lounge or sell canned goods, etc. Almost a whole year the amenities have been off limit for Dell Webb residents yet they go up to nearly $400 a month in 2021?!
