WARNING, DO NOT Buy Appliances from this Store! Spent $3500+ combined on 2 Vanities and a Samsung Fridge. We expected only minor cosmetic issues with the Fridge, however when we couldn't figure out why everything seemed "warm" in the Fridge and then the milk spoiled we discovered it was missing a Gasket on the door. Once brought to their attention they basically told us we were out of luck; EVEN THOUGH they had a Sign when we purchased that said we had a 90 Day Warranty with them and a 1 Year Warranty with Samsung. VERY disappointed to find out how little they care about a decent customer. Also, just a said note, maybe it's because they're owned by Foreigners and not Locals like most think? Samsung also refused to help saying by Serial Number our Fridge was actually OVER A YEAR OLD AND Refurbished anyways (which was not disclosed!) :( I wish I would have done my homework because I could have bought it from Lowe's for $200 more and like would have been properly protected. I regularly shop and, most of all, bargain hunt at the Overstock Outlet in Mt.Juliet. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always stop their busy work to personally assist me. Logan is a very personable and pleasant young man who knows the inventory very well and helps me and my family to locate very reasonable deals throughout the store. Logan leaves you with that great neighbor next door feeling. Sal is always ready to assemble, load, reach high items or assist you with any item that you are interested in. He is so thorough at assembly,that I believe that he could put the Soviet Union back together. Lol The cashier staff and stock personnel are always showing you how to save even more and have even pulled up items on line to show you your real savings. I recently relocated here and needed a bed frame ASAP! We were literally on the floor with airbeds. When I tell you the level of customer service here is above stellar, I mean it! They found a $60 King size frame on sale for me. This is after going through all options with me, and my indecisiveness. Literally walked me through it all and explained everything. Then once purchased, and while attempting to load it, realized it wouldn't fit. (I drove a Nissan hatchback there) They asked permission to take it out of the box and made sure to gently restack it. No scratches, no dings and they made it work. This is a $60 sale! You're not going to get that level of customer service and support at a lot of places.
