Paid $256.01 for balancing my tires. Not mounting and balancing, or replacing tires, just to road force BALANCE my tires, and no, they didn’t spin them. Also what was the random $9 fee on my invoice for? Steering wheel still shakes. They didn’t bother to test radial runout (in fact, they didn’t know what that was, which is arguably worse for a shop charging $256 to balance tires). The manager told me on the phone they charge more for a larger size tire because it’s more work for the mechanic… Guy didn’t know what the coarse and fine stages were on a hunter machine either, another eye opener. I would have been okay with the price had they done a decent job. Clearly half-as*ed, didn’t bother removing the old adhesive from the weights they removed, let alone cleaning the wheel prior to placing new weights. Just spent $4,200 on wheels and tires and I get to deal with it at home. Does anybody take pride in their work anymore? They are a bunch of hacks that call themselves mechanics, and likely prey on locals that don’t understand the difference in quality work. Overheard the receptionist on the phone quote $790 for an oil change and a wheel bearing on a jeep, yikes, I knew I was in for a ride once I heard that. Don’t let the reviews fool you.

Boling had my car for 3 total weeks and couldn't fix a suspension rattle. They couldn't diagnose a simple coilover adjustment. I had to go back to the shop for a ride along to point out the noise in the first place after them having the car for the first week. They said the shock was bad (it was not bad) not leaking and it preformed as required. I had to call the manufacturer of the coilovers so THEY could diagnose the issue to the shop and give step by step instructions (still charged me for the diagnostic). They still couldn't adjust the coilover correctly (car still isn't fixed today). As a bonus they for some strange reason got in my trunk into the tires storage compartment and moved my speaker around pulled lose the wires and grounded out my 600$ amp (burnt it up) my trunk still smells like burnt circuit ozone. It worked fine when I took it there and refused to claim responsibility for the damage. The visit cost me 735$ and they fixed NOTHING. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.

So not only did they charge me over 200 and hour they also put part on wrong wich in turns made it dangerous to drive the veichle an could have caused a bad accident they offered to fix it after I told them I want refund on the labor but after using more time and gas to return the veichle so they can fix there own mistake they didn't offer any discount or compensation for having to take the time and money to return the car for their mistake had they tried to make it better instead of just doing what should have been done in first place I probably wouldn't have even bothered leaving a review but very poor knowledge on veichle mechanics customer service and customer satisfaction and way over priced for not even a half ya know job but completely absurd job done that also put my family in danger by allowing the car to be drove off the property I drove the car 60 seconds and could tell there was a major problem they obviously jus didn't care cause they got paid !!!

Took my Vehicle in for basic oil change, I supplied my own oil and oil filter, the mechanic doing the oil change did not read the work order, atleast that is what I was told by the guy up front and my oil and filter was not used, I went out to my vehicle to leave after I was advised my vehicle was complete and everything was as it was in my car when I got out and my oil and filter was still in my seat, I went back in and told the guy up front that my stuff was not used, he proceeded to go tell the mechanic what was wrong, I was already getting frustrated since I already waited 45 minutes and I was not wanting to wait another 45 minutes, I seen the mechanic go out and get my vehicle and the aggression that was used to drive my car back into that bay flung every thing in my seat and my work folder that was on my dash board all over the place in the passenger side floor and beside the passenger side seat, I came 2 seconds from telling them to get that kid out of my car this second and I would go somewhere else and get my oil and filter put in and on the car, but I had already paid and was on a time limit since I had several places I was already running behind getting to, the correct oil change was done in approximately 10 minutes and when the mechanic pulled my car out he then proceeded to get out of my car and into what seemed to be his car since he then proceeded to pull out of the lot and I seen him up at the gas staion when I pulled into the station myself. I use specific oil and a specific brand oil filter since my vehicle is a 2018 Cadillac XT5, I do not know what type or weight oil that is used or the brand filter thats used at this location so I get my own top of the line oil and filter that way I know what is running in my engine so it was a big deal to get my product used and not just get a discounted oil change for next to nothing since I paid a fraction of what a actual full synthetic 6 quart oil change would of cost since I supplied my...
