We drove into Bro's because we thought we had a tire problem. They looked at it promptly, said tires were good, that the Tire Pressure Monitor System valve stem in the right front needed replacing. I knew that it was time to replace my tires and also that the valve stem needed replacement, so I asked for an estimate for both. Their estimate was 60% of two estimates I had previously obtained so I said go ahead. The sweet young lady service advisor indicated that they didn't have my unusual size tires in stock but that they could have them first thing in the morning. Since I was camping for the week in the mountains above this small town of Mount Pleasant, I told them to order the tires, returned at opening time, and they immediately replaced the tires and valve stem, throwing in a FREE 4 wheel alignment. I had also suspected that my brakes needed replacing so asked for an estimate. They inspected all my brakes and said that they were all only written about 50% and didn't need replacing, but would give me an estimate of I so desired. I declined at the time and drove away, happy to have come into this small town shop and received such good value and service, my SUV drove like brand new and I swore I would recommend to my friends in SLC (80 miles away) that they take the drive down the next time they needed service on their vehicles; and whilethey were in the area to catch some nice trout from the...
Read moreI brought my truck in for a diagnostic, following that they quoted me for a baring repair on the front end of my truck. I picked it up, everything seemed fine until my husband switched out the tires, & we discovered a puncture in the CV boot, and oil all over the inside of my old wheel and tire from the puncture. It would have been one thing if the shop mentioned this, and offered to make it right. But they failed to do so. This was not mentioned in their diagnostic either & my husband was underneath the truck multiple times before we took it to Bros Tires. This was not something that was there before. I already have other repairs that needed tending to on the front end of my truck and now have to worry about this as well. I will take that as a compliment 😀 I've been a vehicle owner for over 15 years. I am am gonna be contacting the BBB, just because I've read through many others reviews stating similar issues when they have trusted you guys with the work on their vehicles...those boots were changed less than five years ago, I have receipts for it too. For a business owner you sure don't show your paying customers...
Read moreI had yet another flat tire after running over a nail and took my tire to Bro's Tires in the back of my truck.
Over the years I've experienced tire shops patching the tire for free and I've experienced them charging for the patch. I always appreciate the free patch and think it's a good way to build loyalty, but I also never begrudge a shop for charging me for the patch.
Every one of those past patches have been me dropping off a tire and picking up a tire. At Bros, they offered to put the tire back on the truck for me, which I accepted.
I was only slightly disappointed that they charged me the typical fee for the patch, but when I returned to the truck I was happy to find out that they not only put the patched tire back on, but they also went the extra mile and re-mounted my spare tire back under the truck on the cable wire (instead of tossing it in the bed).
Good job! I appreciate the extra and unnecessary service that spared me from crawling...
