Absolutely amazing to work with on repairing and resetting an Apple iPad. My son had set his iPad down during a basketball game near our stuff and a spectator stepped on it. The screen was cracked and had shards. I called around at time and people told me I’d have to go to Apple Store… very inconvenient.

I later saw Nathan’s before and afters, and reached out and he had a replacement screen in stock and was flexible with repair time. He even was able to factory reset the iPad since my son had forgotten the passcode with the length of time it had been damaged.

If I ever need a screen replaced, he’ll be my first phone call! Great local...
