It been awhile since I haven’t been here but things changed so bad I been here from since Sunday morning @09:45 am I check in at gate #1 with the security guard she was nice I filled out the sign in sheet & that form with questions for Covid, she was not to sure what side I needed to be on when she ready my bols so she send me to gate #6 to check in with another guard well she told me after I check in I needed to be up front by the truck entrance at that bldg & no one will be there until the morning but I can park at the dirt lot and check in with receiving in the morning, well it gets interesting now so I check in with receiving at 06:00 they told me I need to go back down by gate #1 to check in and get a temperature check card and bring it back to receiving to check in I told the lady I check in yesterday at gate #1 & gate #6 and they said go to receiving in the morning when they check my temperature yesterday they never give me no temperature card, well they called gate 1 & 6 to confirm that if I had checked in yesterday they check the list and told receiving yes he check in yesterday & temperature was check but some how security forgot to give me my temperature check card so receiving had me to do the whole dam process again just to get check in I told them this is crazy this is just time wasted so I had to drive back down to gate #1 waiting in a truck line to do it all again just to get a orange card saying temperature check then come all the way back to receiving waiting for the lady at the window taking her time to give her my bols & orange card !...

Only 2 ⭐s bc they allow you to park overnight. Easy to find. Once you turn left. Come all the way back until you see the last guard shack. make sure you have your license when you come in. it's a big guy make sure you hold your nose cuz he does have a strong stinky odor I don't think my guy took a shower in the last 4 months. but if you have fat renderings from chicken or whatever you're going to come up & you're going to take a left come all the way to the back side of the building and you're going to see some trucks lined up in the gravel lot waiting to check in. you pretty much just sit there and wait until they come knock on your truck. they're going to cut your seal if you got the plastic seal they going to break it off open your doors up and you're going to back in and then you're going to unhook from the trailer then you're going to pull back over into the graveyard while they unload the trailer. Easy process but be prepared to wait all night long because I have a 0005(12:05a) appointment and it is currently 3:37 right now and they started on me about 20 minutes ago. Im not trippin bc I have to do my 10hr break here....

Worst place at least the east wing. First I arrived at 10:41 am. Around 4 that even they loaded me and then had me wait arcos in the first parking lot for my paperwork didn’t receive that until almost 7 pm. Because they BATCH PRINT and it has a time stamp they refuse to pay detention even tho I have proof I never left until 7pm. The broker LOGAN FROM RTS had open communication during the loading process and inform me on how to request detention only to tell me a week later he doesn’t remember and the paperwork says blah blah blah. Of course calls are recorded and no further investigation was so I insisted on them reviewing phone records and cameras along with submitting scale tickets pictures messages and phone logs to prove my location and the amount of time I waited to be load. I completed everything requested to be approved for detention after sitting almost 9 hours and be assured I’d be compensated just to be denied by the customer and also the broker never again will I come to that facility or work with RTS AND...
