Rattlesnake Falls — Local services in Mount Pleasant

Directions that we wish we knew- this is for all the future hikers out there: 1.) Park in the grass near this trail entrance, near a road sign that says “ Sandy Hook” 2.) Hop the “no trespassing rope entrance” , then when you see a shed, make a right at the fork. 3.) Walk down the steep path ( without a path) you get to the top of the waterfall. 3.) There is a path to the right that will lead down to the bottom of the waterfall 4.) Enjoy a beautiful dip!

This probably shouldn’t even be on google maps since it is on someone’s private property. Unless you get permission from the owner, do not attempt to go on your own. This is private property and illegal to trespass. We attempted to start the trail and came upon a neighbor who said it is a problem with people trespassing. Needless to say, we did not complete the trail. Also, it appears to be hunting land as well. Not safe to just...

Its the most beautiful waterfall I have seen and I think everyone should see rattlesnake falls I have been there twice in last month it's only .29 miles off of the 4 lane and easy to find it is private land but if people would pick there trash up and respect the the land owners property and what mother nature has given us I don't see why we couldn't visit it with our family and friends it's to beautiful it's worth the risk of...
