Called ahead, tried to get a party room, all three were booked which isn’t a big deal as we tried to book to close to the date we needed. They said although no party rooms are available, they had tables available we can still bring our own cake and they sold pizza there. PERFECT!
THE GOOD: We got there, check in was smooth. Kids really enjoyed themselves. Not super packed like other trampoline parks on the weekend.
THE BAD: I was VERY disappointed at the tables. They have a total of 6 round tables, seating 4 at each. We luckily managed to get two tables. Only had about 12 ppl so adults had to stand, also not a big deal to me. I guess I got use to urban air’s picnic table seating. The bathrooms looked like it was decorated with fecal matter, wet tissue and dynamite. Seriously, have your employees check on the bathroom every 30-60 mins. I think my family might need medical treatment just for going inside it.
THE UGLY: The part that really made me mad is when I went to go order pizza, the cashier had no idea of the prices, or how to go about ordering a full pizza in stead of just a slice or two. Once we figured it out the girl making pizzas said “I don’t have time for that” when I questioned about making a full pizza…….. Not, I’m running behind, it might be a while or that will be 30 mins, or anything like that. “I don’t have time for that”…. WOW! The problem is most of the employees are teenagers and lack the skills or the training to offer good customer service. (Not all. A few of the employees were really good at what they do. Kudos to them) We let the kids jump, cut our cake, and then we left to go to a different place to get pizza. I would never go back there.
Rating: one star cause that’s what the heart says. Two is just because the birthday boy still enjoyed himself and that’s...
Read moreIt was ok. No clear directions for anyone who has never been. I had to go to the front counter 4 times only to be told I needed something else. Took us 30 min to check in, including waiting in line. Front desk chick was rather rude, not her problem I didn't know what we were supposed to do (hint: Waiver first, then check in. Create a waiver for everyone in your group, including any of your kids' friends that came with you, even if you've done one before, because they are a very short term thing and they can't be bothered to tell you who is expired or good to go until you try to check said kid in). If I hadn't already promised the kids we were going, we'd have left after the 2nd rude counter visit.
Anywho, the facility itself is on the small side, which makes it easy to keep track of your kids and their friends if you are staying. Benches to sit and watch from. It is geared more towards the 10-12 yr and up crowd, with Wipe Out, multiple Dodge Ball courts, a difficult rock climbing wall, and high Slam Dunk basketball goals. Younger may get bored since most is out of their reach or skill level. 4 and under just get knocked around as there really isn't anything for them to do besides Free Bounce and they get bounced out quickly by the older, rowdier crowd. Toddler Times help with that, but if you're looking for a family friendly place for multiple ages from little kids to teens, this isn't the best choice. If you have a teen or 2 who want to go burn off some energy, this is a...
Read moreFirst time ever coming to sky zone and may I say the experience was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! My family and I joined our friends in celebrating their son’s 2nd birthday that was reserved for 2:00 PM. The room was not available and our jump time started at 2:30 PM - 3:30 PM. We did not have access to the room until 3:32 PM and was rushed out by a second young girl who was not the party host. In which my thought was why weren’t the other families rushed our birthday boy’s party was suppose to start? Might I add that my son is 20 months and didn’t feel comfortable jumping in the “secluded toddler section” that was barely monitored, by hisself. So I sat near him like I seen another mother and father without a sticker doing. Just for the employee to be told to come tell us that if I don’t have a sticker I couldn’t be in the area, I’m which I responded “this is my child and I’m here to make sure he’s safe.” The father and other mother stated the same thing and all exited. With me reading the room it was apparent that it was because we were the ONLY minorities in the building. Our friends did not receive an apology for the very long wait or had anything compensated to improve their experience. Instead, was charged for an additional pizza that was undercooked. Nonetheless, this left me dissatisfied with my first time experience and I will definitely not be recommending...
