I see my issue I had is a reoccurring problem with this company.!!!!!!!!! YOU MUST READ THIS !!!!!! I called and was told they had 3x cars on that may contain the part I need ( very specific part and car ,not a partsbin fleet vehicle) . So I drive 30min to get there and ask where the cars are located. No worker had any idea what I was talking about so I track down the older lady I spoke to on the phone and she seemed confused until I told her I spoke to her on the phone ,then she suddenly remembered and told me to look towards the back right if the yard. Long story short numerous office visits and walks back to the yard and 3x hours later I found , there NO CARS I NEEDED ,NOT 1X OF 3X. So I confront the old lady and ask , why she told me there was 3x and even pointed me to where abouts. Then she gets defensive because there were customers in the office and tells me I'm lying and she never said they had 3x cars and only that they might might have a few somwhere.. then she turns to her employee and and starts speaking about me in Spanish calling me degrading names and a few racist ones too. Thinking I couldn't understand Spanish just because im a nerdy looking whiteboy.. NEVER , NEVER EVER WILL I GO BACK TO THESE LOWLIFE, SCUMBAG , HOOK LINE AND SINKER TACTIC...

UPDATE: I've been to the lot several times. Scion tCs are scrapped right away. I'm looking for a color in specific since I need the bumper, door, mirror and hood. On an occasion the car I needed didn't make it to the lot. Guy had it on the lifted metal racks. He said it'd be on the lot later in the day or the day after. I came back the next day to find out the car was scrapped and was told that happens sometimes. (I live 40 minutes away). I left my info for a follow up on the parts I needed. I was never called, oh well. I check the inventory page often. tCs will disappear in 2-3 days. A whole car can't be taken apart in 2-3 days. I wish this place would hold on to a few of them longer like other cars that have been there longer and are ready to be scrapped but are still on the lot. It's all I would would ask for of this place. Other than that it's a good yard. Friendly cashiers. Good prices.

THEY PAY MORE FOR YOUR JUNK CAR THAN ANYONE IN KENOSHA/ILLINOIS! Very Friendly staff, on the phone and in person. Their business is like a well oiled machine. Took two cars in for junk. I was told via phone the day before to go on their website to get a quote for each vehicle, which I did, then I got an auto-generated response. Took that quote in with (just in case). They gave me full price (as quoted on their site) as both of my vehicles were COMPLETE. They beat out 3 other places in kenosha/Illinois area! In fact, they gave us twice as much. I got all the quotes the same weekend. Very peaceful experience. I will say, they charge $75 per vehicle to have towed (even though I had two vehicles the same day). I thought that was a little pricy so I called the towing company we use and they gave us a good deal so I had them take our cars to the junk yard.
