Cozy Oak Furniture — Local services in Mount Summit

Usually when people post a review it is mostly opinion and/or emotion filled. This however is facts. We ordered kitchen cabinets from Cozy Oak. The doors do not close evenly, upon delivery I instructed them to finish installing the pieces. They left, I mean left the property without so much as a reason why they would not finish the $10k project. They are not organized in any faction. They lost one of our checks, they couldn’t find our original layout, he wrote it out on a Manila folder jacket. They refused delivery because we wanted to see the product before making our final payment. We explained we would pay, in cash, upon delivery. My wife told the lady to have the guy call me, not only did that never happen, they took us off the schedule and never bothered to tell us. Here is opinion, they are immature. They both retired from other careers that did not involve dealing with customers, there way of dealing with issues is to blame the customer. Like I said, Blame the customer, Blame the customer, Blame the customer. YOUR facts are incorrect. Fact- The chairs they sell they do not make them. They buy them from somewhere else. Finally, this place is not capable of large complex projects. If you want a pre made table or chair from their showroom and don’t mind paying through the nose, I’m sure it will work out fine. Anything else, I would suggest Sampler in Homer, IN. He should have kept it a hobby. My wife wanted to go shopping for a dining table. I would rather chew my foot off... I was pleasantly surprised. The owners greeted us at the door and happily showed us around their store, showing us the different choices(which were extensive). The craftsmanship of the tables was amazing. My wife selected the table she wanted, She was also able to customize the color and finish to what she liked best. No one size fits all here. We had a Dining table built by these guys! From the moment we stepped in we were treated great. We were able to pick out the design, stain color and chairs. The quality of the build was more than we expected and we are beyond happy with the table and chairs. They delivered much faster than we expected too. We'll definitely be back to order more furniture and will most definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for handmade quality furniture. Thank you Cozy...
