If I can give this office 0 star I would! I have called the office numerous times for weeks since we arrived here from overseas to get registered and even left vm and no one is answering or even returning any of my msg. I then finally drove to the office and saw an empty parking lot. And a “no walk-in” sign posted with 2 contact numbers to call. Ha!! But, of course .. no one is answering that 1 number I need to reach! Why even have this CPAC office up when no one wants to work!!! Utterly ridiculous and uncalled to even conduct business! A ghost bldg and a phone number provided on the website & on the bldg door where absolutely NO ONE...

No answering calls, you can’t leave a message yet the recording states to leave a message. This is absolutely terrible. Jesus help us all especially the people we need to talk with. Every number I’ve dialed is not operational, totally unacceptable. We know the HR Office is understaffed yet we still need to speak with someone or at least leave...

100% useless, I was told their was an annual training class here. There was not and the three personal in the front office were 100% useless. Ft. Belvoir has the worst customer service across the board for soldiers...
