Bullitt County Supermarket — Local services in Mount Washington

I love this place. I've been buying candy, sausage biscuits, fried chicken, milk, gas, cigarettes and beer at this store for 32 years now. This was the store that pretty much has a little of it all and it was on our way home from work or school or whatever else... It's a stereotypical local "country store". Everybody knows everybody walking in and out of the doors here. The same group of senior men gather nearly every morning and tell their war stories over coffee and a thick cloud of cigarette smoke. The cool additive of this place is that it's a "family owned/operated" establishment. From father to son, father to son... I will always stop here for...

I love this place; I've been a customer for over 20 years and every time I visit I am greeted with a smile and a "hello." It's a great place to grab a bite to eat, especially if you're craving comfort food. My personal favorites include their B.L.T., fried bologna sandwich, potato wedges, chicken tenders, sausage & cheese biscuit and potato salad.

This was my first time at this gas station, and it definitely won't be the last! ☺️They have all types of snacks you can possibly imagine, a soda machine. And of course the Deli you can take advantage of this because their prices are unbearable! The chicken is extraordinarily delicious and warm, and you can tell that it is fresh! chicken😋 it is very tasty, I recommend it 100%.
