Spalding Mattress Plus — Local services in Mount Washington

I bought my mattress three years ago...I called within the first week of purchase and Terry said there was not a return option. My old mattress was already disposed of. We wanted the pillow top but he sold me on the one down from this mattress. I was told for the price it was the best option. We had to go to kohl’s and buy a foam mattress cover. He told me that the mattress would soften up in a few months...ITS BEEN THREE YEARS! It is still as hard as a ROCK! I have learned that I am not the only customer he did this same thing to. I had an emergency where I found mold on a mattress I got from Sam’s Club. It is New Year’s Eve and everything else is closed and wouldn’t open till Monday. I called and the owner was on his way out of town. He came back to the store and was very patient and helped us find the perfect mattress. My wife and I were very impressed and highly recommend doing business here. Great experience with Keith. He carries great quality mattresses and furniture and was extremely patient with us. We went here first to shop for our new mattress then went to several other stores and ultimately decided on a Bowles mattress. Really happy with the great service! We'll be back to buy a new couch from him in the future....
