The Bloom Room — Local services in Mount Zion

We are in a dfferent state but I called Saturday to ensure that they had Sunflowers for the bouquet I saw on their website. He assured me they did and then I called again on Monday to place the order and confirmed that I wanted the bouquet that had all sunflowers and to please substitute the roses that were shown in the same arrangement, with something else in the bouquet. I asked my friend who rec'd the flowers to take a picture and email me. The bouquet was not anything like the picture on the website. I only saw one sunflower (there may have been more than one but certainly did not look any like the pic on the website) and they used a lot of cheaper colored daisy mums just crammed in the vase. For nearly $100, I was extremely disappointed. I figured the florist would think I would never see the arrangement so they really didn't care that it wasn't as I had requested nor looked similar to the website picture. My friend was appreciative of the flowers but they were sure a big disappointment to me from what I had hoped and planned and paid for...

These ladies are fantastic. I didn’t pick a group of colors for my wedding and when it came to flowers and decorations this was a problem as you can imagine.

As a couple, we love colors, organic looks, and complimentary colors. The Bloom Room came and delivered at our request!

I told these ladies to have fun with the colors and textures of the flowers and I think they loved it! I didn’t have a picture in mind of what they needed to look like, and Kaylee and the girls at The Bloom Room created beautiful bouquets for our wedding that complimented the dresses and suits and the fall season.

The ladies at the bloom room are wonderful! The ribbon we chose for my daughters prom flowers weren't quite the way we had hoped and so they remade them for us..not once but twice til we got the ribbons to look perfect with the beautiful flowers that they had chose. They were really understanding and never mad me feel bad about wanting it changed. The nicest part was that they do beautiful work and listened to what we really wanted. They helped to create a perfect day for my daughter. Great place, great people and we will definitely continue...
