My time at the gym was enjoyable until my fingerprint stopped functioning. I therefore visit the tr fitness facility to resolve this issue. When I explained to the person there that my finger print was not working, he responded by falsely claiming that I had canceled my membership. I switched over to a Walton Life Fitness Pass membership.(Recap, around September: I repeatedly assured him that I have insurance. I provided him evidence of the insurance on that day, so I don't see why he believes I'm not a memberâhe was there to see with his own eyes.) I then get on my phone to show him my insurance documentation. The guy shouts at me, declaring that I am not a member and that I should LEAVE, thus I believe he did not comprehend that I was attempting to present evidence. Overall, I enjoyed working out at the gym, but this particular incident was unpleasant. I was still a member, I say, because I canceled my insurance that allowed me access to the gym. I should have had the right to exercise, live an active lifestyle, and connect with others in the fitness community even if it was through insurance. I am quite dissatisfied with how the owner handled the circumstance. I can only say it was enjoyable while it lasted. No you did not force me to leave. You told me to leave and I just walked out I did not even start an argument so stop spreading false...
Read moreWasnât really comfortable there, when I was a member. Edit: All of your replies are very unprofessional and am I not allowed to voice my opinion.? I never mentioned anybody in my review. I simply stated I didnât feel comfortable WHEN I DID GO. Do you need to go back to school to relearn English? I said WHEN which is past tense not present tense. I was a member and the fact youâre saying I wasnât is absolutely ludicrous. (What I mean about uncomfortable) Iâm sorry I didnât appreciate sitting in pee when using the restroom simply because you males donât know how to aim.( not sorry btw) With every honest one star review you seem to have a lot of 5 star reviews but how many of them are actually members themselves? Really? You have ppl creating fake reviews just to cover your lack of emotional maturity. Seriously canât take constructive criticism dude? Some âalpha maleâ you are. The only reason youâre getting bad reviews is because you donât have any customers service skills. If you wouldâve handled that situation aka a customer needing assistance instead of throwing a fit because she signed up for a different membership where she would be paying less maybe things would be different. So next time you should get fragile immaculate ego in check before replying. Got to love facing the consequences of YOUR...
Read moreI tried to sign up for a gym membership and Jerry the manager was condescending, rude, had an attitude problem, not staffing the gym appropriately as a manager during sign up hours. I was not able to sign up for a gym membership due to Jerry's actions and inactions.
I called to put a complaint on Jerry but he would not give me the owners information. Jerry has since buried my complaint regarding him self even when I messaged the FB group asking to put a complaint on himself. Jerry does not hold himself to an honerable standard. Very unprofessional!!!
My family as a result of all of this has decided to cancel our gym membership plans at TR fitness over $65 a month lost in profit due to Jerry.
The owners at TR fitness are incredibly nice people as I have met them years ago, and I have had Lyme Disease just as the owners have had....they are Christians who are so nice!!! Jerry does not reflect the values, morals, or vision the owners have!!!
After reading how the owner responds to negative reviews, I expect them to not be nice when they respond to this review....I think the gym has changed owners because those responses from the owners are not in line with when I met them in person.
I recommend you not go to TR fitness! Over priced memberships! There also...
