Overall its a great place to grab the type of goods they sell. On another note, they think the upkeep of their store outside isn't a priority. Always trash everywhere and they never cut the grass, some of it is 8 feet tall, and they refuse to pay anyone what it costs to get it cut and wont do it themselves even. Won't even pay $10 a week to keep the trash and cigarette butts cleaned up i offered to them. They offered $50 for a quick mow of the front and some of the back that after the job was done per what I agreed to turned into them wanting cut 3 acres or more of what is equivalent to a jungle and when u try to explain to them itll cost many hundreds to get it knocked down, due to the many days labor it would take, they look at u like ur the crook. Their store on the outside is a stain on the neighborhood, if u look at the businesses around them everything looks clean and well managed, they are constantly doing projects there that disturbs the flow, that they pay good money for, yet the landscape upkeep they refuse to pay for. They are gonna have snakes and wildlife problems or already do, lots of wildlife threats in that area, cause the high grass and weeds is surrounding the store. They are a decent store to shop at tho for the goods, nice people customer service wise, im not totally trashing them here, they just have no sense of labor costs in this country, or are too cheap to care and want to take advantage of people, like they did me when they gave me $40 and expected me to do $1000 worth of work for it when I thought they just wanted "a quick mow in the front and side" (not the jungle that runs up and down the mountain side for multiple acres). The gasoline alone would've cost me more than that. Not today junior, for that reason I dont go back to shop there and I was a valued customer who spent money in there everyday as a local. They treated me like dirt, therefore im not spending money in there again till I see some improvement in their understanding of how things work in this country, and town and respect the good people who try to help them out, cause that day I accepted the $40 for what i thought was a quick mow the way he explained it, I worked for 4 to 5 hours moving concrete waste, picking up trash and sticks, and attempting to cut the mess.i agreed to. Pictured is some of the mess, but the jungle goes down the hill and up the hill on the side. And its been 4 mths since then and they still haven't cut any of it, its all 8 feet high now and im sure trees are growing in that mess, not to mention the concrete debre thats everywhere. They have no idea how much work this will be and I doubt they'll ever pay what it will take to get it done. Itll take heavy equipment at this point cause no one is using their mowers or trimmers with all the obstacles and loose concrete buried in those weeds and saplings.
If Eric or Happy Is reading this, I hope u can understand why you tried to take advantage of me, eventually, and make it right. I dont mind doing the work for cheap to help u guys out, but its gotta be alot more money that what u think it takes and it cant cost me money to...
