Mark is good at what he does, no denying that. . . I was having noise issues with a Dell computer of mine, which wasn't even two years old. Being that I didn't want to deal with the noises anymore, nor deal with Dell tech support that is now located overseas and thus can't speak clear English, I looked for someone local. . .and found Mark's website. Impressed by all the 5 star reviews, I sent him a message explaining what I was dealing with. To my surprise, later that day, which was Saturday, he called me and wanted more info, but I wasn't able to take the call at that time. The following day, Sunday, I got ahold of him and further explained what was going on; he then asked additional questions so to narrow down the cause of the noise. After conversing a short while, I made an appointment with him to bring it to his shop the very next day. I dropped my computer off at his place Monday morning, and he said he would take a look at it later in the day. Just that afternoon, he called me with not so good news. . .that there wasn't much a person could do to rectify the noise issues and explained in detail why (basically, I got a lemon which wasn't worth anywhere near the price I paid for it). Of course, this is not what I wanted to hear, but I appreciated his honesty. That Wednesday, I dopped by to pick up my computer. . .and while talking to Mark, I asked him if he would build a brand-new computer for me, something much more worthy than that Dell of mine. He said he would and all I needed to do was put some money down and give him some ideas of what I wanted, which I did. After thoroughly researching the hardware, Mark called and told me what he recommended according to the given specifications and price range I was looking at. . .and all of it would be of high quality; and about a week and a half later, my computer was ready. Mark had gone through and tested all the hardware for hours to make sure it ran without any issues and downloaded and set up the programs that I might need, so by the time I brought it home, it was all good to go. Of course, I had to tweak a few things here and there, but that is simply a personal preference, nothing more. I wanted a good computer, one that I could be proud of. . .and Mark delivered. I've never had such a nice looking and well running computer in my life. Mark said that he doesn't believe in using cheap parts, and after testing my computer and giving it a full examination, I don't have any doubts about that. Mark was also very helpful and kind with answering my many questions regarding anything about the computer. . .which I surely appreciated. I am not one who easily praises someone, so when I say that Mark delivered and then some, that is no exaggeration.
