This was our experience on 11/29/22. We trusted that we would receive all our beef but was told all cuts were given. We did not receive 60+/- lbs based on what we were charged and their percentage they said the cow yielded. Live weight: 1345 Hanging weight: 730 Received butchered weight: 425 No flank steaks, skirt steaks, shanks - which was told to us was used as ground beef. Total ground received was 95lbs ( included in butchered weight received). We received labels with different dates that made us wonder if our cow was hung for 14 days as told or 7 as the labels said. No cut sheet was given and when questioned the business response was we got all of it and we received 58% of the hanging weight. Well we did the math and are short 60+/- pounds. They were not transparent and we were left with nothing but a feeling of being cheated. Also, shrink sealed was poorly done. I have photos of freezer burn commencing.
