MEGA TRUCK STOP — Local services in Muddy Creek Township

Went in to get some fuel and I was greeted by the stupidest and the dumbest "manager" of any business that I have ever been to. She did not know how to operate and take my payment for the pump. I had to let her know that truck stops have pumps that fuel on both sides. Cuz we have tanks on both sides of our trucks.. for some reason she said "we only have pumps on one side" which was not true.. I have never spoken to someone so incapable and incompetent and she was supposed to be the boss.. and she was on the phone with someone trying to figure it out and after 15 minutes... I had enough. I asked her to give my card back and I left without getting any fuel No wonder it's always empty there and people just use that truck stop to go in and take a dump and park for the night. Bcuz that's all they can offer. It's clean and that's the best thing I can say about them but they have the stupidest people running it. The restaurant is decent but they are clueless about trucks. I went to the pilot truckstop first, and then I went to this one hardly anything that a real truck driver would want. The building was too hot. The front door attendant cared more about being snuggled underneath her jacket then helping me she was snide condescending and not dressed for a job And the Seabees and stuff that the truck drivers need. There was no accessories no replacement parts no magnum Mountain is nothing hardly that place is a disgrace. It should not be called a truckstop, but it is not mega!!!! I'm an Ex Truck Driver I have been from California to New York City and back every single state that is the worst truckstop I have ever laid eyes on and I thought pilot was bad. No this truck stopped. Beat him in very lousy service very scant product. I wouldn't recommend that my worst end of being alone would I park my rig there!!! 5 stars for the parking lot!!!! I saw complaints about it being warm or hot in the building. Its definitely not cooled thoroughly today, but its not really uncomfortable. Service at dukes... could be better. Sat for a short amount of time unattended to, but the 5 top that came in after me was served drinks and had orders taken before I had. Only one waitress for the entire restaurant I can't really fault her for that much. My coke has a peculiar taste. Its either a carbonation issue or the syrup needs changed. The store itself doesnt have much in stock as far as potential trucker DIY needs. Staff could use more hospitality training, but aren't extremely incompetent.
