Excellent, high energy instruction on not only how to properly mitigate a loss but RTI goes above and beyond, in leading competitors through their sister companies (Berks Fire Water) workflow, operations, etc. RTI and BFW are completely open in sharing knowledge, successes, failures and gives restoration companies all the tools, ideas and education to create a tremendous business model. As an adjuster, it is incredibly refreshing to see a restoration company and education center so dedicated to continual education, entrepreneurial spirit and a level of positive thinking that radiates throughout its corporate culture. If you are a restoration company seeking to further your knowledge on the science of mitigation, RTI is a wonderful opportunity. You will learn SO MUCH!!! Destry, JP, Lisa everyone is great and they are really there to help you. You will not go hungry at RTI!!! The food is good (a lot of the time they make it themselves). If you don't pass your exam it's your fault because they give you everything and they help you with anything. You will have fun, feel comfortable, and by the end be very confident about what you are there to master. Just do what they tell you to do, trust them, they're not giving you extra bs work to fill time. Every single thing you do there has a purpose. I had attended AMRT training here at RTI and it was a great experience. Destry is a master of AMRT and shares his experience in addition to the general IICRC class information. I enjoyed the hands on portion of the class best as you get to functionally apply what you have learned. The facility at RTI is excellent and so is the food provided!
