Mr. Ziggy is a very stand up guy. I wish I could have sit there and listen to all of his stories. This man understands 100% what customer service is. We had a bike break a belt 30 miles away in pineville. WE called Mr. Ziggy at around 7:30 and he said that he had a belt for a Canam. WE told him we would be there around 10 or 10:30. He left a note on the door to let us know where to find him. We went to that place he rode back with us open the store sold us the Belt and then let us use his shop and tools to install the BELT at 11pm at night. This guy is a great guy and understands that people come to WV to ride and sitting at home is no option. THANK YOU AGAIN MR....

They have tshirts and sweat shirts. Very helpful and nice. They fix stuff and have all kinds of parts. If your broken, he is the man. Seems very sharp and has lots of parts! Cool stop even if you aren't broken down. He also has 100 percent gas! My only complaint is the longer you stay, the more it will cost you. One of our crew bought bigger tires and wheels before we headed back out. Staying too long may be hard on the wallet! It's worth it to have a place like this to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreArrived at Ziggys with a SXS overheating. Asked to use their hose to hose out the radiator. Employees would not let us use a hose. We even offered to pay for the service if their mechanic would wash it out for us but were declined that as well. Over the last 2 years my group has spent over 10k at Ziggys in parts, clothing, wheels, and tires but we were still declined to use their hose. Ziggy nor his wife were not on site but the employees there did not offer us any assistance. Very disappointed and surprised with the lack of help. Hopefully Ziggy can clear this up and continue to help...
