Caterpillar's Smoke Shop — Local services in Murphy

These people will try to sell you (Adult produts) that dont work and when u try to exchange them for possibly store credit; because lord knows I understand that no one wants a used (adult product) but normally if something is broken from the start they will exchange it for you for possibly store credit or just exchange it for something else that you want. But I've worked in retail and other types of stores and the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT and that's not the story here at all. They do not ID anyone when they come in the store or when your checking out. The store is very dirty and it looks like they never sweep or mop. You can not tell the difference between an employee or just another person walking around the store they don't have uniforms or name tags. All the signs are in the window hand written and very unprofessional. The adult section is very small and doesn't have much of a selection to choose from. Have been going to this place pretty frequently and not once have ever returned a product. My husband purchased a product last night and when he got home the product would not work. We tried several attempts. We were always told they happily accepted returns if there was an issue. Well, just tried to return the product and the employee/manager was very rude and wanted to argue. I offered to try to product in front of him. He replaced the products but was very off putting the whole time making smart comments. Went here for the first time today and am in love. Kim was behind the counter and is knowledgeable on what she selling and helpful. We bought a THC-P (if you don’t know look it up but Kim would be more than glad to help inform you) pre roll and we’re able to smoke it outside where they have a nice bench and a decent view (road noise is pretty loud though).
